These terms and conditions define the rules and regulations for using Fox Driving Test Cancellations. When you access this website or use our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

  1. All of the software and services we use are on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and there are no warranties of any kind. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. When you provide us with your driving licence number, you agree that we can log in to the DVSA website on your behalf.
  3. We do not have any affiliation with the DVSA, and signing up for our service does not guarantee an earlier test.
  4. Fox Driving Test Cancellations cannot be held responsible for any changes the DVSA make to your test or for any cancellations due to instructor illness or weather conditions.
  5. Autobooking will automatically book you onto an earlier test. It is your responsibility to cancel if it is not required.
  6. Fox Driving Test Cancellations does not take any responsibility if drivers book a non-refundable test through our system and need to cancel.
  7. By providing us with your email and phone number, you agree to us sending you messages via both. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
  8. Drivers are responsible for turning up to the driving test and taking the required documents. Fox Driving Test Cancellations are not responsible for any tests that are cancelled due to driver or instructor error.
  9. If we are not able to find you a test, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. Please contact us via sales@foxdrivingtestcancellations.co.uk.
  10. It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel their test.
